A sporty river descent!

Come and try out our gliding sports activity in the heart of nature, and float down the Isère river with your float and flippers.

The descent will take you through breathtaking scenery that can only be seen from the water, and will give you a great deal of physical and mental confidence.

Brush up on the basics of safe whitewater swimming, then plunge into a frenzied descent that's sure to satisfy all thrill-seekers in the water! Surf, accelerate, stop at nothing!

1h30/40-minute trip from Bourg St Maurice to Aime, including the famous Aime rapids.

To know

• Neoprene wetsuit, neoprene booties, helmet, fins and vest are included.
• You must be able to swim at least 25 meters and be able to immerse yourself.
• You must bring your own bathing suit and towel.
• You must have a vehicle, or shuttle buses are available from the funicular in Bourg saint Maurice.
• This activity is subject to weather conditions. 
• Only the guides validate access to the Aime rapids (beyond the Discovery section) according to the technical and physical abilities of each participant.
• We recommend that you take out insurance.
