Les Roro'lympiques : When employees become athletes !

Last Friday afternoon, the company put aside its files and meetings to experience a memorable moment: the Roro'lympiques. This annual team-building event transported employees into the exhilarating world of the Olympic Games, but with a touch of humor and imagination to match our creativity.

A CONVIVIAL START !

The festivities began with a buffet generously prepared by the Evolution 2 La Rosière team. 100% local flavours and a warm setting set the scene for an energetic afternoon. Then it was time for the competition! Employees were divided into teams representing Olympic nations. Each team represents a country! So which of France, Japan, Canada or the United States will win ?

Team Building - Seminars - La Rosière - Savoie

1 - In Fourcade's skin !

A combination of running on a tricky course and rifle shooting, this event revealed unsuspected talents (and a few memorable blunders). Missed shots resulted in penalties, so it was the Japanese team that won the relay with just 4 missed shots ! 🇯🇵

2- Unison synchronization

On a pair of giant skis, which team will succeed in coordinating their movements to advance without falling and complete the course as quickly as possible. While the French shone with their synchronization, others offered moments worthy of a comedy show, between imbalances and involuntary falls. Team Canada will remember this event !

3- Right on target !

Installed on sliding machines and propelled across the field by their team-mates, the aim of human curling is to reach the furthest zone in order to score as many points as possible! Once again, the French team came out on top with over 30 points! A magnificent performance !

4 - Bob'à bord

A sled, slalom gates and a stopwatch! Each participant gets into the sled and races down the slope, slaloming between the gates ! Once again, it's the French team that wins, with a relay time of 3min38 ! A few falls, but lots of laughs !

After an afternoon of competition, the points were tallied and the results announced: the French team triumphed, winning the Roro'lympiques d'hiver 2025 ! A medal ceremony followed, with each participant taking home a souvenir prize !
