The Request

Our mission? To create a corporate seminar featuring a Team Building event at altitude!
Our client wanted fun activities to ensure a playful atmosphere, combined with teamwork to strengthen bonds while embracing a spirit of friendly competition. All in a laid-back and enjoyable environment, of course. 😉

The Evolution 2 Solution

On the ski slopes of Les Houches, we organized a half-day of activities in the heart of the mountains. The agenda? Challenges on the snow to strengthen connections, foster teamwork, and create memorable moments!

Upon arrival at the top of the gondola, a panoramic pause… wow, the mountains truly are magical!
Let the challenge begin: the 200 participants are divided into 24 teams of 8-9 people each, followed by a briefing.

Four activity stations to challenge and entertain:

  • Multi-slide station: Sled, Paret, and Airboard relay races
  • Snow hockey station: Competitive mini-matches
  • Catapult station: Using giant catapults, which team will prove the most accurate?
  • Trail station: A roped obstacle course relay
