One day and then they go away
No need to come from far away to offer your employees a day of disconnection. And Cap 73 has understood this well. The accounting agency in Moutiers, located less than an hour from Les Arcs, chooses Evolution2 for a team-building day.
The 25 employees arrive at the resort around 10am, just in time to embark on a team-building challenge. The choice falls on the Défi Arc Lanta: roped snowshoe course, broom hockey matches, human curling, a game of drawing and winning from afar. So many activities, each more fun than the last. Throughout the activity, tea and coffee flow freely, and the pastries do not have time to cool down. The winning team is announced around 1pm, just in time to go and eat.
At 3pm, after a well-deserved warm break, the group sets off to tackle the orienteering race in the streets of the village of Arc 1950. The two hours of activity go by very quickly. The laughter and the falls testify to the good atmosphere within the group with our instructors, the same ones present all day to supervise the group.
At 5:30pm, to end the day in style, the traditional snake gliss descent takes place. 3 sets of sleds are set up, for descents between Arc 2000 and Arc 1950, each more fun than the last. The employees, like our instructors, seem to have spent a day a little out of time.
