We were asked to organize a team-building event for a group of 500 people! Challenge accepted 💪
The AGICAP Group wanted to offer their teams activities in a refreshing natural setting, where they could experience adventure, conviviality, and strengthen their team spirit.
✅ The Evolution 2 Response
We took the group just a stone’s throw from the center of Chamonix, into the surrounding forest. Along the Arveyron River, we created a unique team adventure, combining sports, nature, and strategy at the foot of the majestic Alpine peaks. A fun and engaging activity that allowed participants to discover the beauty of Chamonix’s landscapes while testing their sense of direction and teamwork.
The Program
After a warm welcome from the Evolution 2 Chamonix professionals, the 500 participants were divided into 48 teams (Don’t worry—teams were pre-assigned to optimize regrouping time 😉).
Let the adventure begin!
Equipped with a map, each team had to locate as many checkpoints as possible, answer the associated questions, and earn points.
With these points, they competed against other teams in a series of sporty and fun challenges:
🏹 Biathlon shooting
🚀 Catapult challenge
🎨 Long-distance drawing
🏒 Hockey
🥇 The day always ends with a results announcement and prize ceremony, which, in this case, took place in the evening—surrounded by plenty of happy smiles!
