The Yeti Academy is the new meeting place for young skiers in the Chamonix Valley and surrounding areas.
Inspired by a kids’ ski club in Chamonix but without the competitive spirit, it offers children the chance to progress on the slopes in a motivating and friendly atmosphere.

👧👦 Who is it for?

🔹 Children from age 3 up to teenagers
🔹 Young locals or secondary residents in the valley, looking for a fun ski club
🔹 All levels welcome: from complete beginners to advanced skiers

🎿 The concept

🔹 A regular meeting every Sunday afternoon
🔹 Small groups: up to 8 skiers for maximum fun and effective learning
🔹 A leisure ski club across multiple ski areas: children ski on different domains throughout the Chamonix Valley
🔹 Dates: from December 14, 2025 to March 29, 2026
🔹 Time: 2:00 pm – 4:45 pm
🔹 Full-season registration

No gates, no stopwatch ⏱️ : the goal is to share the joy of skiing, build skills and confidence, and have fun with friends.

🚀 A progression tailored to each level

🔹 Beginners: technical basics, gaining independence on the slopes
🔹 Intermediate skiers: skiing for fun, discovering new terrain
🔹 Advanced skiers: introduction to off-piste, mountain safety and awareness of the mountain environment
🔹 Freeride option: From the Yeti Rider level onwards, the Yeti Academy opens the way towards the Freeride group of the Chamonix sports club
