In a soothing natural setting, let's set off together for a yoga hike! A new product we're offering this summer, it combines a mountain hike with the practice of yoga in a magical setting between forest and glade!
Everything is designed to relax you, from the gentle voice of your guide Sophie to the sound of the waterways and the birdsong...treat yourself to a special moment!
No need to be a yoga expert for this activity, the practices are simple, the aim being to introduce you to this discipline but above all to offer you a moment where body, mind and nature become one, to just appreciate the present moment.
Formats available:
🔵 1/ half day yoga hike (approx. 3 hours)
A private half-day format to discover the pleasures of yoga hiking at your own pace, in the heart of nature. Share this activity with family, friends, loved ones, or with your children (they are welcome from 3 years old) and practice walking, relaxation, and meditation to feel the benefits of a refreshing break.
📣 Gentlemen, yes you gentlemen 😉, don't be mistaken, this activity is also for you to enjoy moments of bonding and conviviality with your loved ones.

🔴 2/ full day yoga hike
On this day, you'll alternate between hiking, yoga practice, meditation and relaxation.

🧘♂️ Do I need to have practised yoga before to take part?
No, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
The aim is to offer a moment of reconnection to body and mind, in a soothing setting in the heart of alpine nature. The practice is accessible and caring, whatever your level.
🌧️ What happens in the event of bad weather?
The decision is taken by the professional supervisor, depending on the weather conditions. She can adapt the session, modify the itinerary or, if necessary, postpone the activity to guarantee comfort.
