The Challenge: Transitioning from the raw speed of the snowmobile to the absolute control of the rifle.
The journey begins right at the hotel doorstep in Tignes. For seamless logistics, our Evolution 2 minibus picks up the team for a private transfer to Val d’Isère. Upon reaching the La Daille gondola, the group heads up for a panoramic ascent overlooking the valley. This is followed by a short, refreshing hike to wake up the legs before meeting Romain at our high-altitude site. The stage is set: nestled between snowy pines and silent peaks, the base camp is ready for action.
To ensure everyone is fully engaged without a second of downtime, the team is split into two groups. This is where the magic happens through a fluid rotation:
On the Track: The first drivers set off in pairs on our snowmobiles. On a secure, closed circuit, they discover the thrills of drifting and raw power. The highlight? A mandatory photo stop facing Mont Blanc—a suspended moment in time before hitting the throttle again.
On the Shooting Range: Simultaneously, the other half of the team takes on the biathlon challenge. This is both a physical and mental test: after a short snow-running course to get the heart rate up, they must find their composure to hit the targets with laser rifles.
Midway through the session, roles are reversed: the drivers become sharpshooters, and vice versa. This is a key moment for team interaction, with colleagues swapping tips on how to handle the machines or stabilize their aim. Once the challenges are completed and the scores are tallied, the group heads back down to the resort. They leave with a shared sense of accomplishment and a true collective bond. The morning concludes with a walk back to the gondola, heads full of memories and fresh mountain air.
