Last December, on the eve of the opening of the Franco-Italian resort (Espace San Bernardo), we welcomed the AKTIDcompany (from Chambéry) and its 120 employees!
All the planets were aligned, as heavy snowfalls had blanketed the slopes in a beautiful white coat, and the sun was out in full force!
The AKTID group arrived at 11h in La Rosière. Upon arrival, participants took possession of their apartments at the Sky Hotel, which was privatized for the occasion. After settling in, they prepared for a day out in the snow. Our guides walked them to the altitude restaurant «Le Paradis», located about 30 minutes away.
After this beautiful walk, the group was welcomed in a magical setting with views of the snow-covered mountains. A hot and cold meal was waiting for them, with comforting dishes like onion soup and a tasty barbecue. The participants enjoyed a friendly moment, between the sunny terrace and the warm interior of the restaurant.
After the meal, a surprise awaited the participants: a full-size escape game! Each group received a briefcase with instructions to defuse a fictitious bomb in La Rosière. To succeed, you had to find clues scattered around the station.
This one to two hour marathon put the teams to the test, each trying to defuse the bomb in time. As last year, the team led by the AKTID director won — a feat apparently achieved without cheating, they said.
After this intense activity, the participants enjoyed a well-deserved moment of rest, between swimming pool and relaxation at the hotel. At 8 pm, the Christmas evening began in the Boréal restaurant with an Italian buffet, closing this day with a festive and gourmet moment.
This AKTID seminar at La Rosière was a real success, combining moments of cohesion, adventure and relaxation.
