To celebrate the end of the summer season, Altezas Holding calls on Evolution2 to offer its 30 employees a day of discovery, sport and fun.
The meeting is at 9am in the heart of the Village of Arc 1950, emptied of its summer tourists, but always ready to welcome beautiful people.
Our mountain bike supervisors, Romain, Hervé and Ludivine, equip the participants one by one: helmet, mountain bike, protections. And off we go for the legendary descent of Route 66, which connects Arc 1950 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, passing through the sweet village of Villaroger. Some are on electric bikes, others are not. Enough to create cohesion and mutual aid.
Halfway, breakfast is served: pastries, fruit juice, tea and coffee. The group refuels before continuing to the picnic spot.
It is full of enthusiasm and a little tired that the group arrives at 1 p.m. for the picnic. Focaccia stuffed with grilled vegetables or tapenade, brioche sandwiches with coppa or ham, verrine of beef tartare, tuna, cuttlefish. Cheese, desserts. It is with full bellies that the group enjoys a little free time on the banks of the Isère, under a blazing sun.
It is then time to tackle the last activity of the day: rafting on the Isère. The equipped participants launch themselves into the assault of the river, for a friendly sporting moment, still under the sun. At the end of the descent, the return to the village is done by bus. The loop is completed, without ever having taken personal vehicles.
A day out of time, 100% tailor-made, for a friendly and fun group. They work locally but do not always have time to discover the landscapes and activities that surround them.
