The Roadbook agency has been using Evolution2 for many years. It was therefore quite natural for their project manager to contact us for this group of 80 people in March 2024.
The idea of this seminar: enjoy every moment, from the moment of arrival.
The group arrives around 4pm from the Paris region. Several Ă la carte activities are set up to allow employees to collect their ski equipment for the next day, to check in to their accommodation, while others have fun. Avalanche victim search activity, human curling, laser biathlon: for around 2.5 hours, they are accompanied to the activities, from the equipment store to the ski locker. At 7pm, everyone is equipped, has collected their apartment key, and has started to enjoy their stay and can go and eat.
The next day, after a day of skiing where lessons and discovery outings of the area are offered, everyone meets up for the emblematic activity of Les Arcs 1950/2000: the snake gliss. This train of sleds led by an instructor hurtles down the slopes at closing time, around 6 p.m. For almost an hour, the rotations follow one another. And on arrival, the small aperitif with champagne nd appetizers concocted by our preferred service provider, the Wood Beard Café, awaits the group, with music.
