I just wanted to say how great Flo (hopefully I got that right!) was on our bike tour this afternoon. He was so kind, thoughtful, patient and fun. I was really tired after the first hour and he didn’t rush me at all, I felt very comfortable. He was the same with my daughter who struggled initially on the slushy snow.
It was a great experience and my thanks to him and his colleague. 10/10.
