Snowboard lessons

• Cancellation 7 days or less before the scheduled date of the service:
  No refund will be issued. The full amount of the service remains payable.

• Cancellation between 30 days and 8 days (inclusive) before the scheduled date of the service:
  An administrative fee of 10% of the total amount of the service will be charged, with a minimum flat fee of €20.
  Any remaining balance will be refunded to the Client within a reasonable timeframe.

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled date of the service:
  The service will be fully refunded, with no fees applied.

In case of cancelation at the school initiative (weather, not enough participant), the school will refund the customer. Please see more details on : T&C - Evolution2 La Plagne

• Preferential-rate ski passes : Ski passes offered at a preferential rate in conjunction with certain beginner ski lessons are subject to specific terms and conditions. Until they have been physically handed over to the customer, these ski passes may be cancelled and refunded. Once handed over to the customer, they become final, non-changeable and non-refundable, including in the event of a full or partial closure of the ski area. These ski passes cannot be combined with ski insurance such as Carré Neige. Customers are therefore responsible for checking, prior to using the ski pass, that they have adequate personal insurance cover, particularly in respect of any costs that may arise in the event of an accident.
• It is recommended that participants take out insurance to cover them against the inherent risks when taking part in mountain sports (civil liability, individual accident cover, rescue).
