Je vous prie de bien vouloir remercier Sébastien et Philippe pour le parapente qui sont super et nous on ont laissés de belles photos et vidéos, ainsi qu’une expérience unique ! Je vous prie également de remercier Christophe qui nous a fait vivre un rêve avec sa balade en traîneau accompagné de ses chiens ! Et pour finir les 2 moniteurs de motoneige ( dont je ne me souviens plus le prénom honte à moi ) qui ont eu la gentillesse de prendre ma fille de 8 ans avec eux sur la moto et qui, malgré la tempête de neige ce jour, nous ont fait vivre un super moment !!!!! And you come across Evolution2. Happiness for children, well-organized, well-supervised lessons BUT above all teachers who listen to their students, who certainly push them but in a good mood. A discourse always positive and motivating explanations given to understand why we fall etc etc. A big thank you in particular to Mathieu from Yeti1 and Laurent from Yetison. I booked lessons for a party of 7. The two beginners had 3 group lessons wth Jerome. They both thought Jerome was really great (and they are both inveterate complainers so that is saying something). In addition they didn't want to be late for Jerome's lessons (despite not being early risers)! One of the beginner's was navigating steep blue slopes with control on the 3rd day (e.g. Mont Blanc and Pierre Blanches). Great job, Jerome! I booked an extra lesson for the beginners. They wanted Jerome but Jerome wasn't available. They had Bruno who was also really great despite having to follow Jerome! We tried to get more lessons but Evolution 2 were fully booked for the rest of the week. The 3 intermediate level 1 and 2 skiers had Lionel for two 2hr lessons. Lionel was a very popular instructor with the group and the group really felt the progression in their skill level. Myself and another intermediate level 3 skier had Vero. We really enjoyed our lessons with Vero. I had two 2 hr lessons. Vero was great fun and didn't pull any punches when it came to giving critical feedback. Vero used various different techniques to get us to learn how to carve, I can't say we were the best students but Vero didn't give up. Taking us from no carving at all to partial carving to carving most of the turn if not consistently. After the lessons I knew exactly what to practise: let the skis fall 1-2-3, pressure, pressure, pressure, stand, flatten skis, repeat (in a French accent of course) . Vero also took me through the trees off piste for a bit of fun (can't say I was terribly in control) and gave me some instruction on a steep mogul black run (which I got down in one piece). Thank you Vero for your infectious enthusiasm and radical candour! In summary, every instructor is to be highly recommended, which is unusual for ski schools in France in my experience. Great job Jerome, Bruno, Lionel and Vero, and Evolution 2!
