Canoe-Raft / Hot-Dog Paddling Course
In teams of two, you’ll learn to paddle a canoe-raft on a river. A hybrid of canoeing and rafting, the canoe-raft, also known as a “hot-dog”, is ideal for sports enthusiasts who love thrills.
The session begins on a calm body of water to train the teams. You’ll then learn river hand signals before heading out on the Isère River for a roughly 1.5-hour river descent (2 hours and 45 minutes total, including pick-up and drop-off). The program includes navigating rapids, large waves, and maneuvering.
To fully enjoy this session, you must be comfortable in the water.
