Pack-raft navigation course :

Take control of your own boat on a pack-raft outing, a perfect blend of canoeing and rafting. This activity is ideal for those who want a sporty, fun and thrilling experience.

The session begins quietly on a stretch of water, with time to form the group and learn the basics of navigation and the signals used on the river. You'll then set off on a 1-hour descent of the Isère, supervised by our guides (2h00 in total, including preparation). Expect to ride rapids, surf waves and learn to maneuver!

You'll need to be comfortable in the water to enjoy this activity to the full.

The Isère river is regulated by the Tignes dam upstream, so water levels are always guaranteed. Rafting on the Isère is accessible from the age of 6 - an exclusive feature! The Isère offers a wide range of activities, from a discovery run to a sporting run for maximum thrills. 

On this river we go from class I to IV rapids, on the international river classification scale up to VI. 

The meeting point is at the H2o Sports center, : 

• 1 hour from Tignes and Val d'isère
• 40 minutes from La Rosière and Les Euchères
• 30 minutes from La Plagne, Sainte Foy and Les Arcs
• 20 minutes from Montalbert and Villaroger
• 10 minutes from Peisey, Montchavin, Aime and Bourg-saint-Maurice
