A fun and gentle introduction to whitewater swimming.
Start in a calm water area to learn the basics: kick technique, rolling, turning, and river hand signals.
Then take on a short section of the Isère River.
Accessible from age 10, with an accompanying adult.
👨👩👧 Intro Descent – From age 12
A playful way to experience the first thrills of the river.
After a skills warm-up, enjoy a descent with easy rapids and small waves.
For adults and children aged 12 and up, with an adult.
🏞️ Evolution Descent – In the gorges (from age 14)
A step up for those with some hydrospeed experience.
After a quick technique refresher, tackle stronger rapids, big waves, and fun rollers through the wild Isère gorges.
Open from age 14, with prior experience required.
