On the schedule:
- Monday: 9 AM–1 PM: Hike / Pilates
Set out on a pleasant hike in the heart of nature, at your own pace, surrounded by soothing landscapes and fresh air. Halfway through, treat yourself to a one-hour wellness break dedicated to Pilates, led by an experienced instructor. A special moment to reconnect with your body, release tension, and fully enjoy the surroundings before gently resuming your walk.
- Tuesday or Thursday: Mountain hike. Various themes: approaching the glaciers / Mountain Lake / etc.
