• Canyon de l'Ecot: 

The Ecot canyon is the most playful in the Maurienne valley. It offers a series of jumps (optional) and dynamic slides, all without the need for abseiling. This unique canyon with very cold water is carved out of magnificent granite.

📍 Departure from the hamlet of l'Écot at 2000m altitude near Bonneval sur Arc.

⏱️ Departures at 8am or 11am for a half-day adventure.

• Caprie Canyon (in Italy): 

The Italian canyon par excellence! This magnificent canyon is packed with jumps, slides, abseils and many other surprises. The translucent water and ideal temperature add charm to this descent, perfect for sunny days.

📍Just over the Col du Mont Cenis into the Pô plain, just an hour from Val Cenis.

⏱️ Choose between a sporty half-day or a full day with a picnic by the water.

• Canyon de l'eau Rousse: 

This is an introductory canyon with very playful, sometimes well-hidden passages designed for beginners. Ideal for activities with family or friends, it offers a variety of experiences, including jumps of up to 5 m (optional) and original natural slides. There are also a number of boulder crossings and a monkey bridge to delight young and old alike. A little abseiling is also on the menu.
