An Organic Guinguette and protected natural spaces:
Our Guinguette comes from Organic Farming, Red Label and/or AOP with the maximum use of short supply chains. We do not use single-use items. A daily compost is set up to minimize waste. We offer quality products, for your taste buds and your well-being. We are therefore undergoing a different consumption transition for the good of everyone and the environment.
The suppliers are: Terre Adélice, Alpic, Le Prince, La Fourche, Meneau...
The site is entirely non-smoking, without noise pollution.
Mowing of the areas is done minimally to support the development of Biodiversity (frogs, mallard ducks, minnows, dragonflies...). To maintain the woodwork, we use natural oils.
September Opening: Dates to come: opening of the lake at Sollières from 2 PM to 6 PM for Paddle activities, beach, catering, and Aquasensations (by reservation for the latter).
