Freediving under ice in a swimsuit - impossible, you say?

You'll be freediving between 5 and 20 meters without a wetsuit under the ice, and this experience is an opportunity to get to know each other better! There will be a "before" and "after" immersion!

This day includes : 

• Lunch and dinner (starter/main course/dessert/coffee) and a morning brunch on arrival.
• Supervision: Two Ice Switch mental trainers and a world-class freediving safety instructor.
• Mental preparation and specific breathing sessions before and after immersion.
• Three freediving sessions under ice during the day (with and without wetsuit).
• Freediving equipment supplied by the organizer (wetsuit, booties, neoprene gloves, mask, swim cap, weight belt, yoga mat, etc.).
• A 40-minute individual mental preparation interview by video prior to the event.
• After the effort, the comfort, Access to the SPA Cosmic Sauna, Nordic hot bath...
• Souvenir photos and videos of the day 
• Insurance, freediving emergency equipment
