Welcome at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the session.

We give you a briefing on the activity. You'll have access to the hot Nordic Bath at 37°C, the various cold spots such as the small cold bath, the spring, the lake, the shower and the Cosmic Sauna heated by a wood-burning stove.

Sirop de Tousserie or Syrup d'Angélique available on request only.

• Additional towel hire 5€.
• Aperitif per person (local produce): 1 glass of white wine/other beverage, Beaufort cheese, sausage and breadsticks 12€.
• Organic drinks: lemonade, juices, beers...
