LEVEL GUIDE:
Level: For people aged 10 and up who have never snowboarded before.
Objective: To become independent with a snowboard, ride straight on a flat surface with one foot in a boot, be independent on the ski lifts, perform a frontside/backside turn, learn turns on blue runs, and ride safely on the slopes.
Level: For people able to turn both frontside and backside on blue runs.
Objective: To link turns on easy blue and red runs, control speed in all circumstances, manage balance and speed in transition zones (flat sections, off-camber sections, etc.), be able to perform small jumps while gliding, introduction to flatland riding, and exploration of the snowpark.
Level: Able to turn both frontside and backside on easy blue and red runs.
Objective: To link turns of varying radii on red runs, link switches on blue or green runs, master sliding rotations (180° and 360°), refine jump rotations, introduction to the different features of the snowpark, and exploration of snowboarding in different types of snow.
Level: Able to turn both frontside and backside on red runs
Objective: Link turns of varying radii on red and black runs, learn carved turns, improve technique in all types of snow and familiarize yourself with safety equipment, refine different tricks (ollie, switch, etc.), perfect freestyle in a snowpark, and learn how to adjust your equipment.
