Canyoning is an outdoor activity that involves making your way down a canyon by alternating between walking, swimming, sliding down natural water slides, jumping and abseiling. Led by a qualified guide, it’s a fun and refreshing experience in the heart of the Alps.
🟢 Green Canyon & 🔵 Blue Canyon – Eaux Rousses
The Eaux Rousses Canyon is the perfect place to discover canyoning, whether you're with family, friends, or trying it for the first time.
The Green and Blue options follow the same canyon route. The only difference is the group composition: participants are divided by age and ability to create more balanced groups. This allows the guide to tailor the experience and adapt the activities to each group's confidence level and expectations.
Depending on the group, you may enjoy:
🟢 Green Canyon: suitable from 8 years old.
🔵 Blue Canyon: suitable from 12 years old.
Whether you're looking for a gentle introduction or a more adventurous outing, your guide will adapt the experience so everyone can enjoy the canyon safely and at their own pace.
🔴 Expert Canyon – Pussy or Bénétant
Looking for a more challenging canyoning adventure? The Pussy and Bénétant canyons are designed for participants with previous rope experience.
The experience includes:
Unlike the Eaux Rousses Canyon, this trip requires previous experience in canyoning, climbing, via ferrata, or another rope-based activity. You should already be comfortable with abseiling and basic rope techniques.
