Young experienced skiers on the slopes, confront your alpine technique far from the groomer during this tailor-made course for teenagers to learn off-piste, in complete safety.
Departing from Arc 1950 and Arc 2000, from Sunday to Friday, a qualified instructor supervises your seeds of riders for a complete freeride initiation: revise the technique, tame the powder, the trafollée snow, heated or frozen, in clear, evolve in the mountains on skis.
To start safely, you learn to detect dangers, to use safety equipment (DVA, shovel, probe) and to learn how to search for avalanche victims.
The objective is to improve your skills on red and black runs, discover backcountry skiing, and make your first tracks in the backcountry while controlling your speed and staying safe !
This group is for children who have earned the Super Yeti at Evolution2. Please contact us before making a reservation if your child is under 11 years old.
The different levels :
❄️ Junior Academy I : Approve the technique on the red and black track before going off the beaten track: maximum sensations await you ! Objective : Mastery of sculling on black slopes, introduction to off-piste, discovery of the technique specific to this discipline and introduction to the use of safety equipment.
📍 Meeting point : Arc 1950 : In front of "The Shop" / Arc 2000 : Down the chairlift Lanchettes.
💳 Ski pass : Classic ski pass "les Arcs - Peisey Vallandry".
❄️ Junior Academy II : The charm of the initiation has worked and you are off to make your first off-piste tracks, supervised by your instructor ! Objective : Improvement of off-piste technique, and acquired use of safety equipment.
📍 Meeting point : Arc 1950 : In front of "The Shop" / Arc 2000 : Down the chairlift Lanchettes.
💳 Ski pass : Classic ski pass "les Arcs - Peisey Vallandry".
❄️ Junior Academy III : You become seasoned enough to identify where to make your own tracks safely, always under the watchful eye of your instructor. Objective : Introduction to snow science, adaptation of the technique to all types of snow, improvement in the use of safety equipment.

We lend safety equipment when necessary (backpack containing transceiver, shovel and probe).
