Program - From age 10

With family or friends, come and enjoy the thrills! On the Isère, in the heart of Savoie, try your hand at hydrospeed !

You'll start out on a body of water, learning or perfecting your techniques in palm-walking, "eskimo roll" flipping and changing direction. You'll then learn the sign language used on the river before embarking on a descent down the Isère.

On the program : confronting rapids, crossing big waves, performing technical maneuvers and even surfing in the rollers. A 100% adventure activity awaits you at our base in Landry ! 

To enjoy this session, you need to be comfortable in the water !

How does it work ? 

On arrival at our Landry center, your instructor will give you all the equipment you need: pants, jacket, neoprene booties, life jacket, helmet & fins!

The Isère river is regulated by the Tignes dam upstream, so water levels are always guaranteed. Rafting on the Isère is accessible from the age of 6 - an exclusive feature! The Isère offers a wide range of activities, from introductory courses to sports courses for maximum thrills. 

On this river we go from class I to IV rapids, on the international river classification scale up to VI. 

The meeting point is at the H2o Sports center, : 

  • 1 hour from Tignes and Val d'isère
  • 40 minutes from La Rosière and Les Euchères
  • 30 minutes from La Plagne, Sainte Foy and Les Arcs
  • 20 minutes from Montalbert and Villaroger
  • 10 minutes from Peisey, Montchavin, Aime and Bourg-saint-Maurice
