River Camp Landry | Isère

At the edge of the Isère and the bike path, the River Camp de Landry is our ideal base camp for a comfortable and friendly family experience. Enjoy hot showers, changing rooms, terrace, deckchairs, River Café, snack and restaurant. Departure of several white water activities, including our exclusive rafting from 6 years old for a first adventure with the family.

Located on the banks of the wild river Doron de Bozel, in a typical Savoyard chalet, this base welcomes you in a preserved natural environment in the heart of the mountains.

On the banks of the Isère, this base is particularly convenient for families staying in Bourg-Saint-Maurice or Les Arcs.

Descent discovery family from 8 years old

How to choose your rafting descent ?

Identify your level and choose a duration of service, several proposals and proposed courses by level. All our runs are supervised by qualified instructors.

Descents families and children:

Level 🟢 -> Raft descent, discovery level, requiring no experience. Ideal for: children, families... Class II, III rapids.

Descents teenagers and adults :

Level 🔵 and 🔴 -> Rafting descent, introductory and sporty level, reserved for teenagers (12 years old and over) and adults -> see the teen/adult descents

Activity sequence

Report directly to our base at the scheduled time.
Meet your guide and receive your equipment (wetsuit, vest, booties, helmet).
Preparation in our changing rooms (lockers available).
Safety briefing with your guide and crew.
Start your descent !
At the end of the run, the Evolution 2 shuttle picks you up (included).
Finish off with a relaxing break at the bar & in our deckchairs !

The river Isere is regulated by the Tignes dam upstream, so water levels are always guaranteed. Rafting on the Isère is accessible from 6 years old, an exclusive feature! From the discovery course to the sporty course for maximum sensations, everything is possible on the Isère.

On this river, we encounter rapids from class I to IV, on the international river rating scale ranging up to VI.

The meeting point is at the H2o Sports center:

- 1 hour from Tignes and Val d'Isère
- 40 minutes from La Rosière and Les Euchères
- 30 minutes from La Plagne, Sainte Foy, and Les Arcs
- 20 minutes from Montalbert and Villaroger
- 10 minutes from Peisey, Montchavin, Aime, and Bourg-Saint-Maurice
