What you'll learn
Perform basic turns on green or blue slopes.
Perform rounded and diagonal skids.
Master the turning step (change direction by shifting the angle of your skis).
Master the skating step (move forward by sliding from one ski to the other).
I have been skiing for several years, can ski down basic turns on green or blue slopes, perform rounded or diagonal skids, and have mastered the snowplough and skating turns.
Class 2 : Intermediate - Parallel turns🟦
Wht he will learn
Master parallel turns on a red run.
Perform basic snowplough turns.
Perform basic skids and zigzags (a series of sideways skids interspersed with straight descents).
Be aware of different types of snow (groomed, icy, deep, wet) and different types of terrain (slopes, bumps, small hollows).
I am a good skier, I can do parallel turns on red runs, basic snowplough turns, skid turns and I can adapt to different types of snow and terrain.
Class 3 : Advanced - Carving Turn 🟥

Perform advanced edging techniques.

- Move safely on the run (know how to stop)

Snowboard 1
What you'll learn
- Link turns together on blue runs
- Control basic stance
- Control speed in all circumstances
- Be able to perform small jumps while sliding
- Introduction to flat ground: ollie, slide rotation (180°/360° slide), switch sliding
- Manage your balance and speed in transition areas: flat sections, slopes, narrow sections, etc.

Snowboard 2
