Equipment

You need :

• sports clothes and little hot jacket (fleece),
• hiking shoes (hike or run shoes). 
• Don't forget your extra set of clothes and shoes for after the activity.

The guide will give you all the technical equipment : 

• rugged track-suit for potholing
• helmet
• harness
• headlamp
