⛺ THE ITINERARIES – 2 days / 1 night ski touring

These mini-expeditions are designed for skiers who have already experienced single-day ski touring and wish to go one step further with an immersive overnight stay in a high-mountain refuge.

➡️ Tour de la Grande Casse

The Tour de la Grande Casse, the iconic 3,855-m peak of the Vanoise, is an unforgettable alpine experience. Over two days, you will circle this giant of ice, moving between majestic glaciers, panoramic passes, and long wild descents.

This tour offers a complete immersion in a breathtaking environment: a true high-mountain atmosphere, the feeling of entering the heart of the massif, and an unforgettable sunset from the refuge.

Indicative itinerary:

Day 1:
Progressive ascent to the refuge, glacial traverses, and first descents in pristine alpine basins.
Mineral ambiance, seracs, and exceptional views of the North Face of the Grande Casse.

🌙 Night: Half-board refuge

Day 2:
Crossing a high pass and enjoying a long off-piste descent into one of the most beautiful valleys of the massif.
Return to the valley through a panoramic itinerary in the heart of the Vanoise.

➡️ Prariond Expedition

The Prariond Expedition (2,324 m), perched above Val d’Isère, is a complete alpine traverse, perfect for experiencing the magic of multi-day ski touring. A spectacular setting surrounded by major peaks: Grande Sassière, Tsanteleina, Ouille Noire… all within a wild, unspoiled atmosphere.

Indicative itinerary:

Day 1:
Gentle ascent to the Prariond refuge, crossing glacial valleys, with impressive views of the surrounding peaks.
Night in the refuge, right at the heart of the national park.

🌙 Night: Half-board refuge

Day 2:
Ascent of a high pass or accessible summit depending on conditions, followed by a wild descent through a typical spring high-mountain landscape.
Return to the valley via a magnificent panoramic route.
