In the programme

🔍Discover the downhill biking lessons offered by Evolution 2 Tignes. You will be supervised by a state-qualified mountain bike instructor. Do you want to get your first taste of downhill biking, regain your confidence on the bike or improve your technique? Everything is possible. The superbe Bike Park de Tignes & Val d'Isère  offers a wide variety of terrain to progress on.

We offer a weekly course (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) or single sessions on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

🟢 Do you know how to ride a bike? Do you want to discover a new way of cycling? The initiation course is for you. You will discover the equipment and your first sensations of riding a full-suspension mountain bike in complete safety with our instructors. The goal is not to be scared but, to understand the techniques to ride safely and have fun.

🔵 On the progression course, the aim is to regain a good attitude on the bike, get your bearings and confidence back. You'll work on your trajectories, braking, your jumps and your crossings. You will ride on the green and blue bikepark trails in Tignes to improve your technical skills and make you independent on downhill mountain bike trails.

🔴 Already out on the slopes on your own, but want to improve your technique? The advanced course is for you. You'll work on your trajectories, braking, jumps and crossings. You'll evolve on red runs and nature trails at a steady pace.
