Participation conditions
- From 8 years old, minimum 1,20m
- From 35kg to 100 kg
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Skier: minimum level blue slopes (parallel skiing)
- Snowboarder: minimum level red/black slopes

What is paragliding? Paragliding is a sport of flight that allows you to explore landscapes from the sky. With the help of a glider, the aim is to take off on skis for an unforgettable flight.
Enjoy an exceptional view from the sky. You can contemplate the village of Tignes as well as the snow-covered mountains. Comfortably installed in the harness and piloted by your instructor, all you have to do is enjoy the unique panorama. If the conditions allow it, you can even fly for a while.
You will start from Tovière’s summit.
⏱ Duration of the activity 30 minutes, including approximately 8 minutes of flight time
⚠️ Compulsory equipment: your own ski/snowboard equipment (but no ski poles) and your helmet (not provided)
📍The meeting point is at the bottom of the Tovière cable car in Tignes Le Lac.
