Why not come and enjoy an unforgettable experience in Tignes that is intense, revitalising and deeply soothing?
Inspired by Nordic rituals and the proven techniques of polar explorers, immersion in ice-cold water (between 1.5°C and 3°C) is a unique wellness practice. It invites you to slow down, breathe mindfully, reconnect with your body and embrace discomfort with serenity.
It is not a test, but an a journey, supervised in a safe, accessible environment and guided step by step by a cold weather expert.

THE ICE BATH SESSION PROGRAMME 

  • Welcome at the edge of Lake Tignes
  • Presentation of the protocol and safety instructions
  • Physical and breathing preparation to activate the body and calm the mind
  • Immersion in 2°C ice-cold water, supervised and in complete safety
  • Active warming up and gradual return to comfort, over a hot tea, with a view of the mountains

 

A high-altitude wellness experience that everyone can enjoy at their own pace. You will come out feeling relaxed, refocused and energised.

 

WHO IS IT FOR?

This activity is accessible to healthy adults with no performance goals.
Contraindications: cardiovascular disorders, epilepsy, severe hypertension, pregnancy, coronary heart disease and serious chronic conditions.
