🧒 What is the minimum age to join this multi-activity week?
You can join the adventure from 14 years old.
💪 What level of fitness or technical experience is required?
A good level of physical fitness is recommended, but no technical experience is required. This program is designed as an introduction to mountain activities. Participants should not suffer from vertigo.
🥾 Do I need to know how to use crampons?
No. This week includes an introduction to glacier travel, and you will learn the basics with your guide.
🧗 Do I need previous climbing experience?
No prior climbing experience is required. This program is designed for beginners discovering alpine activities.
