- The one way ticket for the lift to buy at the bottom of the cable car

Your questions

🪶 What is the minimum and maximum weight for flying?
Lightweights (children) will only fly in the morning at 8 or 9 am, when the aerological conditions are calmer.
The maximum weight is 110kg, and you also need to be in good physical condition. (For the elderly, it is possible to be helped with the departure).

📸 Are photos or videos taken during the flight?
Yes, the pilot takes photos and videos during the flight. A memory card containing these images will be offered to you on landing for €30, payable directly to the pilot.

🪂 I'm afraid of heights, can I still paraglide?
Yes, you can paraglide even if you have vertigo: this sensation is not felt in flight. On the other hand, if you're prone to motion sickness, we advise you to take suitable medication to enjoy the experience to the full.

🩹 Is the landing painful?
No, the landing is made on the buttocks, you have an air pocket under your seat that cushions the shock.

🧗‍♂️ Are flights from Plan de l'Aiguille and Aiguille du Midi suitable for everyone?
No, flights from the Plan de l'Aiguille and the Aiguille du Midi are more athletic and require a good level of fitness.

🌦️ Who decides whether to cancel a flight in the event of bad weather?
Only the pilot can cancel a flight for weather reasons. In the event of cancellation, we will offer you :
- a rescheduled flight,
- a credit note for another activity,
- a refund.

🚡 Is the lift ticket refunded if the flight cannot take place?
No. If weather conditions prevent the flight after the cable car ride, the lift ticket cannot be refunded.

😟 What happens if I don't feel ready to fly once I get there?
If you decide not to fly once at the take-off area, no refund of the service can be demanded.
