- Rental of your equipment. Reservations are possible in our partner stores
- Ski lift pass. For beginners there is a special "Savoy" package for Sunday lessons and "Vormaine" package from Monday.

Whether you are a beginner or intermediate skier, these adult ski courses will help you progress and above all have fun...in Chamonix of course!
- PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR THE COURSES:
Age: from 13 years old.
Number of participants: 4 to 8 people
Duration of the course and schedules: different formats are available
- 3 days: Monday to Wednesday (9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.)
- 4 days: Sunday (2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and Monday to Wednesday (9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.)
Meeting place :
- Saturday and Sunday: at the bottom ot Plan Praz cable car 5 minutes walk from the center of Chamonix.
- From Monday: Vormaine beginners area, Le Tour area

You've never skied before and you're coming for the weekend, we offer an intensive 2 sessions program in small groups of 2 to 6 people. Thanks to these small groups, you can experience a more concentrated and rapid learning process. Your first downhill runs await you.
- 2 days : Saturday from 2pm to 4:30pm and Sunday from 9am to 11:30am
- Meeting point : at the bottom ot Plan Praz cable car 5 minutes walk from the center of Chamonix.

Samaran ski lift (Savoy ski slope)
Meet at the bottom of the small ski lift called Samaran on the Savoy slope, at the bottom of Brevent ski area (right in front of La Folie Douce hotel, accessible from the center of Chamonix).

Other conditions :
- Courses can only take place with a minimum of 4 participants. If this number is not reached, we will contact you the day before before 12 noon to offer you an alternative. It is not possible to join a course that has already begun.

Insurance: Insurance is strongly recommended. There are 2 types of individual insurance to which you can subscribe when finalising your reservation (or in our offices)
Your questions
❄️ Can I change level during the course if I progress quickly or if the group isn’t a good fit?
Yes, it’s possible. If a participant is clearly too advanced or not comfortable with their group, the instructors may suggest a change (depending on availability and logistics). We recommend mentioning any discomfort on the first day.
⛷ Can I rent equipment directly at the meeting point?
No. The meeting point is only for the lesson. Equipment rental must be arranged beforehand in a rental shop. Visit our partner page to find a shop near you: https://evolution2.com/chamonix-partenaires
🧑🏫 In what language are the lessons taught?
All our Evolution 2 instructors speak French and English.
Some also speak other languages. If you need a specific language, please contact us directly — we’ll let you know the options available for private lessons.
🕒 What happens if I’m late?
Lessons start right on time. If you’re late, it may be difficult to join the group, especially once they’ve taken the lifts. No refund or rescheduling can be guaranteed, so please arrive 15 minutes early.
🌧️ Do lessons take place in all weather conditions?
Yes, except when safety cannot be ensured. If the lifts are closed or conditions are dangerous (strong wind, avalanche risk), we’ll offer an alternative or reschedule your lesson.
💳 Can I pay on site on the day of the lesson?
Payment is required at the time of booking. It’s not possible to pay the instructor on site.
Places are limited, so we strongly recommend booking in advance.
