LA CLUSAZ RESORT
La Clusaz is above all a real mountain village. Its history with skiing begins with the creation of the resort in 1907. Despite its uninterrupted development, it has managed to retain its authentic spirit while adapting to the modern world. This is probably what explains the feeling of well-being that comes over you when you arrive in this valley. The Aravis range, erected at the buttress of the Mont Blanc massif, offers you, whatever your position, breathtaking panoramas. Its exceptional location makes it a unique destination, with a guaranteed change of scenery just a few steps from the European capitals!
Activities are available year round. The winter season begins with the first snows in November and ends at the end of April. Then the summer activities follow one another: mountain biking, hiking, climbing, canyoning, etc. La Clusaz is one of the 16 resorts listed in the Top of the French Alps (TOTFA) ranking
ABOUT OUR SKI SCHOOL
The history between Evolution 2 and La Clusaz has long been linked through competitions, events but also by the men who carried the brand's projects in the Aravis.
FREERIDE CLUB
- 120 children / teenagers aged 8 to 18.
- 15 season groups.
- 1,500 hours of lessons given (season program, weekend and holiday training, physical preparation, training for school groups, coaching and management of competition groups).
- 15 instructors dedicated to the Freeride Club who follow their group during the season and some for several years.
- Learning to freeride in optimal safety by reinforcing the essential alpine technical bases and all the concepts of risks related to the practice as well as the teaching of safety rules.
- Shooting of a film "TRANSMISSON" during the winter of 2017/2018, scheduled for the "Montagne en scène" and "High Five" ski film festivals.

You have never skied, or only a few hours, skiing is brand new. The objective of the week is to evolve in autonomy in snowplough turns on green slopes.

You have already done 1 to 2 weeks of skiing, you are going down the easy green and blue slopes. You are autonomous on the ski lifts.
Intermediate

You have 2 to 4 weeks of skiing, you ski on blue slopes in parallel, you know how to skid, and pass on small movements of ground.
Intermediate

You have been skiing for several years and are able to ski parallel on red slopes. You want to perfect your parallel turn in all terrain and ski safely on black slopes.

You have a good level of skiing, on any type of terrain. You want to progress technically and discover off-piste and/or new techniques (carving, bumps, etc.).
