An evening by starlight, cosy by the stove... It's a unique opportunity to experience a real mountain adventure!
Nelly will welcome you into her charming tepee, to let you sample the local specialities and in particular the region's signature dish: fondue. A moment of sharing over a delicious and generous dish😋
To tempt you, here's the menu concocted with local produce, and all homemade!
To start with, pistachios and homemade sausage...
🫕 The fondue menu: Savoyard-style, of course! Abondance, Savoyard, Beaumont, all generously washed down with Savoie white wine... Served with a green salad.
🌭 The diots menu: the famous Haute-Savoie pork sausages, with their slightly smoky flavour, served with delicious potatoes and pickled onions... A little greenery to lighten things up.
For the gourmet side :
Drinks, coffee and herbal teas are included in the menu.
If you feel like it, you can drive back to the tipi to simply enjoy the meal and a lovely evening🚗
For the more adventurous, we suggest a nice snowshoe walk for the merit of the evening🥾
