2️⃣ Private tour: what kind of routes will we ride? You may ride on both mountain trails and narrow country roads. The route is designed according to your wishes and skill level, and your guide will take you to places that best match your expectations.

3️⃣ What are the benefits of a private tour? The purpose of a private electric mountain bike tour is to guarantee a special experience just for you, whether with family, friends, or even on your own! With this option, you can set the pace of your ride exactly as you like: stop to admire the scenery, visit a small chapel or wayside shrine, or simply enjoy a drink at a mountain refuge.

4️⃣ Private tour: what level of experience is required? It's simple: you just need to know how to brake and keep your balance! Your guide will adapt the ride according to your ability and confidence riding in the mountains.

5️⃣ Private tour: can we start from our accommodation? One of the advantages of a private tour is that, if you wish, your guide can bring the equipment and start the ride directly from your place of residence. A fully customized experience from start to finish! Please note that an additional bike delivery fee will apply.

6️⃣ Group tour: can I join on my own? Absolutely! The goal of a group tour is to meet other riders of a similar level who will share the experience with you. Whether you are solo, with friends, or with family, registrations are open to everyone.

7️⃣ Group tour: which option should I choose according to my level? All tours are described in the activity summary, but here are a few tips to help you choose:

• Introduction: You know how to ride a bike but have never tried electric mountain biking in the mountains, on trails that are more rugged than regular roads. This tour is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of e-MTB riding.
• Progression: The name says it all. Unlike the introduction tour, this ride focuses on improving your mountain e-MTB skills and may also introduce downhill riding techniques.
• Sunset: This tour is suitable for all skill levels and is designed as a relaxed ride focused on enjoying the sunset.

8️⃣ What does a session include? First, your guide will equip you and explain how an electric mountain bike works. Then, you will complete a short practice route to become familiar with your bike. Once everyone feels comfortable, the tour can begin! Your guide will then lead the group on routes suited to the participants' skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
