- All children are welcome! Please let us know if your child has a disability in order to adapt as well as possible

YETI ACADEMY
Fun and efficient ski lessons with Evolution 2 Tignes 🤗 🤗
Entrust us with your children to help them improve their skiing. Our groups are limited to 8️⃣ participants maximum and are supervised by a state-qualified instructor. A small group allows a personalized follow-up of the pupils and a better efficiency in the learning. The children are on holiday 🎉 ! So no exams at the end of the week. We evaluate the children continuously during the week so that there is no stress about getting the medal 🏅. The children will be able to recover their strength in the Clubhouse of Tignes le Lac and Val Calret.

Which course should your child follow ?
Group lessons Little Yeti 🟡
Who 🤔? Children from 6 years old, able to link snowplough turns on gentle slopes or who have acquired the Yetison level.
Learning 🤓? Climbing stairs on a gentle slope, getting up on your own after a fall, balancing games, using ski lifts, mastering snowplough turns with parallel ski crossing on green slopes.
Yeti 1 group lessons 🟢
Who 🤔 ? Children who have acquired the Petit Yeti level, and have mastered the snowplough turn with parallel ski crossing on green runs.
Learning 🤓? Step turning upstream, skating step, direct trace across the slope with edge hold, control of attitude and balance with poles, link elementary sideslip turns (snowplough release, put skis parallel to the slope and finish on a rounded sideslpi) on easy greens or blue runs.
Yeti 2 group lessons 🔵
Who 🤔? Children who have acquired the Yeti 1 level, approaching the parallel ski turn on green and blue runs.
Learning 🤓? Rounded and banked sideslip, direct track over varied terrain with overhanging hollows and bumps, control of general attitude, parallel turns on blue runs.
Yeti 3 group courses 🔴
For whom 🤔 ? Children who have acquired the Yeti 2 level, able to link parallel turns on blue runs.
Learning 🤓? Direct line and brake skid, use of vertical movement to initiate turns, sculling on red runs, mastery of general attitude on the front, mastery of parallel turns with use of poles on red runs.
Group lessons Super Yeti ⚫️
For whom 🤔 ? Children who have acquired the Yeti 3 level, mastering parallel turns and sculling on red runs.
Learning 🤓? Perfecting all types of turns on a black runs, brake sculling, introduction to carving,varied set course, introduction to freestyle in a secure snowpark.
A medal is offered on Friday for the young graduates during the Yetis Ceremony! 🎖
Extend your time on the slopes and leave your children in our care at our Lunch Club 🍽 ! Supervised lunch from 12pm to 2pm.

To remember
Our method
- A FUN learning environment enabling children to progress
- Instructors will harmonise groups at the start of the week and possibly change participants groups during the course of the week
- "Continuous assessment" rather than stressful end of week exams
- All our instructors speak fluent English.
Liftpass & Equipment & Lunch
- A lift pass is required for the first day of ski (Free lift pass for children up to 7 years old.).
- Helmets are compulsory + skis + boots + gloves (with string)+ goggles/sunglasses
- Poles are required from the Yeti 1 course.
- Provide them with a snack for their sweet tooth!
- We offer lunch and childcare between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. at €30 per day
Meeting point - lessons start
- 4 possible meeting points are available: Tignes le Lac, Tignes Val Claret, Tignes 1800 and Tignes les Brévières.
- Evolution 2 reserves the right to change your meeting point if a group does not have the minimum of participants required.
- For customers staying in Tignes 1800 and Tignes Les Brévières, if the departure of lessons cannot be assured in these villages, the lessons will start and end in Tignes le Lac. Transport up is provided for morning classes (9am) and return transport is provided for afternoon lessons (5pm).

Insurance info and cancellation
- Insurance: Insurance is strongly recommended. There are 2 types of individual insurance to which you can subscribe when finalising your reservation (or in our offices).
- This insurance covers you in the event of illness or accident preventing you from participating in your sporting activity (this must be certified by a doctor).
2. Assurski in case of an accident:
- Assurski covers you for up to €25,000 for rescue costs in the event of a skiing accident (including off-piste) and all other snow sports.
- No advance payment required for rescue services, including medical repatriation.
- Lift pass refunded up to the value of 200€
- Ski lessons refunded up to the value of 400€
