Assess your level using the criteria below to make the most of your experience👍:
N1: You have no off-piste experience and no specific equipment (adapted avalanche transceivers/skis). You are discovering different types of snow and safety rules and are a skier at ease on red pistes.
N2: You are an all-round skier who does not regularly go off-piste. You are familiar with the different equipment used in off-piste skiing, but are not self-sufficient.
N3: You are a regular off-piste skier, you like freeride, fresstyle or forest skiing, you have your own equipment and know how to use it. You'd like to push back the boundaries of wilderness skiing while progressing and performing well!
ℹ️ Having trouble finding your level? Treat yourself to a private morning with one of our instructors, who will be able to determine your level and give you the best advice based on his expertise!
Once you know your level, find out what the off-piste experience is like with us ❄️:
Discovery’ experience: Initiate yourself to off-piste skiing along the slopes, often in the forest or in the mountain pastures, and learn how to ski on all types of snow as well as how to use the safety equipment that will be provided. N1
Experience ‘Perfectionnement’: Descend slopes steeper than a black piste and learn the different techniques of off-piste turns. You will analyse the snowpack and use the safety equipment provided. N2
Performance’ experience: Ski guiding in the heart of the Evasion area with a single objective: the best skiing of the day. In the Mont-Joly sector and its foothills, discover the most unusual itineraries. With skis on your feet or on your back, our knowledge of the area will ensure you have the best possible day on the slopes. N3
