Accompanied by our professional instructors, they will learn to ride their bikes through a variety of educational exercises.

For example, they'll learn to ride on a wooden board placed on the ground, the aim being to stay within the limits of the board. This exercise is designed to stimulate balance on the bike, which is essential in this discipline.

They will also learn to slalom around pegs, or even to challenge each other in relays.
