ℹ️ How choosing the right mountain bike

Here are 3 tips for choosing the right mountain bike

  1. Make sure it's ‘full suspension’, which means it has both front (fork) and rear suspension! This makes it easier to cushion and overcome obstacles. 🚧
  2. Check the brakes! As a general rule, mountain bike brakes are disc brakes, and have a hydraulic mechanism! It is vital to check that the brakes and hydraulic system are working properly, to avoid the risk of an accident 🚨
  3. Check the size of the bike! When sitting on the saddle, both toes should be touching the ground! A bike that is too small or too big is uncomfortable and prevents good progress! 📈
