Our Guinguette is made from organic, Label Rouge and/or PDO produce, with a maximum of short circuits. We don't use single-use items. We compost daily to minimize waste. We offer quality products, for your taste buds and your well-being. We are therefore on a different consumption transition for the good of all and the environment.

The site is completely non-smoking, with no noise pollution.
Mowing is kept to a minimum to promote biodiversity (frogs, mallards, minnows, dragonflies, etc.). We use natural oils to maintain the woodwork.
