Depending on your choice, it is important to check the required equipment, which includes warm clothing, mountain boots, crampons, an ice axe, a rope, and a helmet—some of which can be provided by Evolution 2 during your excursions.

The duration of excursions varies depending on the chosen itinerary: a glacier hike to the Mer de Glace takes about a day, including the train ride and glacier walk. Good physical condition is recommended, especially for more challenging routes like the Vallée Blanche, but no prior experience is necessary for more accessible trails.
