A half-day introductory course at La Barmette in Bessans will give you a complete overview of the activity, covering all levels of difficulty.
Our mountain guide also offers you the opportunity to enjoy the activity over a full day, learning techniques (climbing, safety, belays, setting pins, etc.) on waterfalls of various sizes.
The Haute Maurienne has a number of perfectly adapted sites for all levels.
