Good news! No prior experience walking with crampons is required to enjoy glacier hiking. At Evolution 2 Chamonix, we tailor the route to your fitness level.

We offer two breathtaking glacier experiences: La Mer de Glace and La Vallée Blanche.

• For La Mer de Glace, you'll start by taking the Montenvers train (no effort required at the beginning 😉).
  The hike is at an altitude of 1800 meters, with a manageable elevation gain. We recommend clients be comfortable walking 4-5 hours. It’s also a great spot to practice crampon techniques and try ice climbing!
   
• The Vallée Blanche hike starts at the top of the Aiguille du Midi cable car at 3842 meters, offering stunning high-altitude glacier views. This route requires good endurance to fully appreciate the grandeur of the surroundings.
