PANDA From 3 years old | This level is for toddlers who have never skied before.

Objectives:
- Discovering snow and making their first slides
- Learning to balance
- Introduction to the snowplow technique

YETISON | For children who have already made their first slides.

Objectives:
- Putting on and taking off skis
- Linking snowplow turns on green slopes

PETIT YETI | For children who have mastered the basics of the snowplow.

Objectives:
- Climbing in a herringbone pattern on gentle slopes
- Getting up on their own after a fall
- Using ski lifts
- Mastering the snowplow turn with parallel ski traverses on green slopes

YETI 1 | For children who are beginning to master basic techniques.

Objectives:
- Upward turning step, skating step
- Direct line across the slope (with edge grip)
- Balance control with poles
- Linking elementary sliding turns on blue slopes

YETI 2  | For children who have mastered sliding turns.

Objectives:
- Mastery of the direct line and braking slide
- Use of vertical movement to initiate turns
- Mastery of the general forward stance
- Mastery of parallel turns and short turns on red slopes

SUPER YETI | For children who have mastered parallel turns on red slopes.

Objectives:
- Technical improvement on red and black slopes
- Mastery of short and long radius carved turns
- Perfection of carving
- Mastery of short turns in all terrains
- Improvement in freestyle

YETI RIDER | For children who have mastered carved turns.

Objectives:
- Discovery of different skiing disciplines: freeride, freestyle, slalom, ski touring, mogul skiing, and/or snowboarding
- Helps young skiers to find the discipline that suits them best

On the road to versatility

The Yeti Rider level serves as a springboard to various courses supervised by our instructors. After experiencing off-piste skiing, snowboarding, and slalom within the Yeti Rider program, your children can choose the discipline(s) that suit them best.

JUNIOR/ FREERIDE ACADEMY

JUNIOR/ FREERIDE ACADEMY

JUNIOR ACADEMY 1 | For children who have completed the Yeti Rider.

Objectives:

  • Discovering the first off-piste routes
  • Perfecting techniques adapted to off-piste skiing
  • Making their own tracks off-piste while controlling their speed
  • Discovering and using safety equipment

JUNIOR ACADEMY 2 | For children who have completed Junior Academy 1.

Objectives:

  • Learning about different types of snow
  • Adapting techniques to off-piste conditions
  • Making their own tracks off-piste with rhythmic short turns
  • Perfecting the use of safety equipment
  • Recognizing different types of snow
  • Discovering more technical off-piste routes

FREERIDE ACADEMY | For children who have completed Junior Academy 2.

Objectives:

  • Advanced off-piste skiing techniques
  • Mastering technical routes and varied conditions
RACE ACADEMY

RACE ACADEMY

RACE ACADEMY | For children who want to specialize in racing.

Objectives:
- Advanced slalom and giant slalom techniques
- Use of stopwatches to measure performance
- Perfecting turning and carving techniques
 - Participation in local and regional competitions

SNOWBOARD

SNOWBOARD

It is sufficient to be 8 years old to take these courses. The Yeti Rider is not required but can be a gateway to these courses.

BEGINNERS | For those who have never snowboarded.

Objectives:
- Be autonomous with your snowboard: putting on, taking off, getting up
- Direct line on a flat board in one foot (one foot strapped in)
- Be autonomous on ski lifts
- Perform a falling leaf front/back
- Evolve safely on the slope (knowing where to stop)
- Learning Backside and Frontside turns on a green and blue slope

SNOWBOARD 1 | For those who master the basics of snowboarding.

Objectives:
- Link turns on a blue slope
- Control the basic stance
- Control speed in all circumstances
- Be able to do small jumps while sliding
- Introduction to flat: ollie, sliding rotation (180°/360° slide), sliding in switch
- Manage balance and speed in transition zones: flats, slopes, narrow parts, etc.

SNOWBOARD

SNOWBOARD 2 | For those who master turns on blue slopes.

Objectives:
- Link turns of different radii on red slopes
- Link turns in switch on blue or green slopes
- Master basic jumps and rotations (back and front)
- Introduction to various snowpark modules, knowledge of safety rules to evolve independently
- Discover snowboarding in different types of snow (groomed, tracked, powder)

SNOWBOARD 3 | For those who master turns on red slopes.

Objectives:
- Discover carved turns / carving
- Know how to adjust your equipment (stance, angle, centering)
- Perfect practice in all types of snow
- Perfect switch on steeper slopes
- Perfect freestyle in a snowpark
- Deepen various flat tricks (ollie, switch, press, combo, 360°...)
- Master different turning techniques, of different radii on red and black slopes

SNOWBOARD EXPERT | For those who master advanced snowboarding techniques.

Objectives:
- Be able to adapt your technique to each type of terrain and/or snow
- Be able to use switch on steep slopes
- Master flat tricks in normal foot and switch
- Know how to use off-piste safety equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe) with practical application
