Composed of 5 villages, Tignes offers a variety of atmospheres in summer and winter! The 3 main ones are located at an altitude of 2100m: the dynamic and festive Val Claret, the peaceful Lavachet and finally the center of the Lac resort. Tignes les Boisses 1800 and Tignes les Brévières 1500 are peaceful hamlets where peace and tranquility reign.

  • Going around the Lac de Tignes:

Obviously, we start with the easy in an exceptional setting! Strolling around the lake is THE first walk to do to stretch your legs before using your calves. Perfect for family walks, come and admire the 25 hectares of pure water of a striking blue!

  • L'Aiguille percée from Tignes le Lac 

Emblematic symbol of Tignes, you absolutely have to practice this pretty hike starting from Tignes-le Lac.
From up there, you will have a nice view of the surrounding peaks. Mont Blanc is observable if the sky is clear!

Key points: 7km, +609m, Attention steep drop!

  • Gouille du Salin and its waterfall

An easy hike to do with the family and above all magnificent which gives access to two water points in Tignes. Your path will be punctuated by springs, waterfalls and lakes. The water is turquoise and the famous waterfall "Bride's Veil" is splendid!

Key points: 3.7km, +150m 1h45

  • Lacs du Chardonnets

In a green setting, take the Chemin des Lacs du Chardonnets in the heights of Tignes Le Lac!

  •  Lac de la Sassière

Ideal hike for young and old in a sublime setting and abundant wildlife, it is ideal for a picnic outing! To get there, you have to go to Villaret du Nial, shortly before Val d'Isère. Once you arrive at the Le Saut car park and after an hour's walk, you will finally have a splendid view of the turquoise waters of the lake.  Key points: 7km, +250m, 2h
