INSURANCE

The insurer takes out this insurance in the event of an accident while practicing a sport.

Where is the beneficiary covered ?

• Geographic coverage: Worldwide.

• Subscriber and beneficiary: residing in Europe as defined below: the countries of

the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and the Principalities of Andorra, Monaco and Liechtenstein. The residence of the beneficiary is the usual address in Europe indicated in the contract.

In case of calamity :

• Assistance: Declare as soon as possible and before any warranties are invoked.

• Reimbursements: declare the loss as soon as possible and at the latest within 5 working days

What is not insured ?

Diseases in all their forms.

Repatriations not organized by an assistance company.

Medical repatriation outside Europe.

Are there any exclusions to coverage?

Bans decided by the authorities.

Any intentional act that may lead to the warranty of the contract

Participation in federal competitions.

Pregnancy beyond 32 weeks.

What is insured ?

✓ Reimbursement of sports lessons: €400              ✓ Breakage of sports equipment (rental)

✓ Transport in the event of death: €10,000              ✓ Legal protection: €1,000

CONCERNED SPORTS :

All sports except: Mountaineering above 5. All sports except: Mountaineering above 5,000 meters, bobsledding, skeleton, Olympic sledding, caving, hunting dangerous animals, Aerial sports (except when the motor sports/air sports option has been subscribed) including Kitesurfing, Paragliding, Microlighting, Hang Gliding, Motorized Paragliding, Skydiving, Gliding, etc. (except Speed riding, Basejump and Wingsuit). (except Speed riding, basejump and wingsuit) , Motor sports (except when the motor sports/air sports option has been subscribed) including the practice of Motorcycle, Quad, Snow scooter, Jetski, Motor boat etc…
