Evolution 2 offers routes suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced mountaineers. For novices, the glacier hike to the Mer de Glace is ideal, while more seasoned adventurers can tackle the challenge of the Vallée Blanche. Depending on your choice, it is important to check the required equipment, which includes warm clothing, mountain boots, crampons, an ice axe, a rope, and a helmet—some of which can be provided by Evolution 2 during your excursions.

Guided excursions with Evolution 2

To ensure a safe and enriching experience, Evolution 2 offers guided excursions led by qualified professionals. These experienced guides not only ensure your safety but also allow you to fully enjoy the spectacular landscapes with peace of mind. They are trained to assess potential risks such as avalanches and crevasses, enabling you to make the most of your adventure.

The duration of excursions varies depending on the chosen itinerary: a glacier hike to the Mer de Glace takes about a day, including the train ride and glacier walk. Good physical condition is recommended, especially for more challenging routes like the Vallée Blanche, but no prior experience is necessary for more accessible trails.

Noe was relaxed and confident, immediately putting me and my daughter at ease, neither of us had climbed before. Pretty quickly we were in the safety harnesses and after clear instruction on making a knott, we were doing our first climb.

Noe was very patient with my daughter, showing her how the equipment worked and involving her in the belaying, ensuring she was always engaged. When my daughter had become comfortable with the route he skillfully added complexity to keep my daughter focused, at one point we were climbing with blindfolds on, getting all the way to the top!

We both walked away from the experience feeling like we had really enjoyed the climbing and I am very grateful to Noe for his fantastic teaching style and creating such a fun session.
